Cancelling your Criteria Brain Subcription
In the left-hand menu on Criteria Brain click on ‘Single License Billing’
This option will appear when clicking on ‘Settings’
This will open the ‘Billing info’ page with two options for the user to select from - ‘Upgrade Plan’ and ‘Cancellation Page’.
Clicking on ‘Upgrade Plan’ will take you back to the subscription area. Alternative subscription plans will be displayed here for you to switch over to. The same method will apply when wishing to downgrade the plan, for example, a team plan to a single subscription.
Select the plan required to update the direct debit currently in place.
Following the cancel plan option will bring up the cancellation page where you can simply tick to confirm and add feedback on your reasons to cancel.
Once the subscription has been cancelled, you will get confirmation of this on the platform and by email.
Depending on the date the direct debit expires, you may have remaining time left of your subscription to use the platform and its features. After the direct debit expires, you will revert to the free plan where the outline of your homepage will be yellow and access to full searches will disappear.
