Site Reference Placement
Your Site Ref is your unique Mortgage Brain Customer ID. Each time you contact Customer Services, they will ask you for your site reference to enable them to locate your details.
In Sourcing Brain, your Site Ref details are available by clicking on the Profile icon (highlighted) from the home screen and selecting About. This displays a pop up box (shown below) which details your site ref, the software version number, together with any specific settings applied to your version of the software.
